Guillotine depaneling machine
The JLO-C320 pneumatic guillotine PCB depaneling machine is a high-precision, low-stress cutting solution for V-cut PCB boards. Featuring dual straight-blade cutting and foot pedal pneumatic control, it delivers stable, fast and clean separation with minimal internal stress, effectively avoiding component cracking and solder joint damage. Suitable for fiberglass boards, aluminum and copper substrates within 1.0–3.0mm thickness, the machine supports high-yield, dust-free and low-consumption mass production for electronic manufacturing.

KEY FEATURES
-
Dual straight blades cutting, especially suitable for precision fiberglass boards, aluminum substrates and copper substrates.
-
Guillotine-type operation, applicable for PCBA boards with thickness within 1.0-3.0 mm and cutting stroke below 1-3 mm, ensuring absolute operational safety.
-
The internal stress generated during cutting is minimized to avoid solder cracking and damage to precision components.
-
The distance between the V-cut edge and components shall be ≥ 3 mm.
-
Cutting rate: 1 cut per second, controlled by foot pedal pneumatic switch.
-
Equipped with counting function for intuitive production capacity display.
-
The cutter set is passively activated, allowing safe control of the cutting line and position; low cutting stress, not prone to cracks.
-
Non-roller (non-cutter wheel, non-moving blade) cutting, no dust, no motor drive, no carbon powder pollution.
-
Non-friction cutting, no metal residue from tools.
-
The service life of the blades is up to 600,000 cycles under normal use.
-
Operating air pressure: 0.4-0.6 MPa, no special cutting site required.
-
The appearance can be maintained by wiping with anti-rust oil.
-
Equipped with a movable workbench for easy movement and operation.
