EQUIPMENT PERFORMANCE
This machine mainly uses a high-speed rotating milling cutter to separate multi-panel PCBA according to pre-programmed paths, which effectively reduces the stress generated during depaneling and ensures smooth, burr-free cut surfaces.
High-pixel color CCD camera for Mark recognition and positioning, enabling real-time monitoring and correction of the cutting path. Marks can be positioned up to 4 times, reducing the probability of downtime due to failed Mark detection. Programs on the left and right tables can be copied to each other.
High-power, high-speed spindle ensures smooth, burr-free cutting surfaces on PCBA and is capable of cutting fiberglass boards. (Aluminum substrates can be cut by replacing the dedicated spindle.)
The dust removal port adopts a blade-type structure, which provides higher air speed and stronger suction in the dust box under the same power.
3HP cloth-bag dust collection box, capable of collecting large particles and absorbing surface dust to avoid secondary cleaning.
The system can self-diagnose faults during equipment operation and display the fault sources on the control panel for easy troubleshooting and timely production resumption.
The total cutting life of the milling cutter can be set according to its cutting edge length (tooth length) and the PCBA thickness. The system automatically generates optimal segmented cyclic cutting to maximize the service value of the milling cutter and can record its actual service life.
