Factory Overview
Integrated Production Under One Roof
JELIO operates a 1,600 square meter manufacturing facility with dedicated zones for machining, assembly, testing, and storage. The factory is not shared with other brands or products. Every square meter is purpose-built for depaneling equipment production.
This concentration means our engineers walk the production floor daily. Design changes are implemented within hours, not weeks. Quality issues are caught before they reach the next workstation, not after machines are packed for shipment.
Equipment & Machinery
CNC Machining Centers
In-house machining of critical mechanical components including frames, fixtures, and tooling holders. Eliminates dependency on external suppliers for precision parts.
Assembly Lines
Dedicated stations for mechanical assembly, electrical wiring, control system integration, and software loading. Each station follows standardized work instructions.
Testing Stations
Precision calibration equipment, motion accuracy verification, and 24-hour continuous running tests. Every machine is validated with actual PCBA boards before release.
Inspection Equipment
Microscopes for edge quality analysis, dimensional measurement tools, and vibration monitoring. Incoming components and finished machines are inspected against documented standards.
Component Warehouse
Climate-controlled storage for electronic components, precision bearings, and spare parts. First-in-first-out inventory management ensures fresh components for every build.
Export Packing Area
Shock-absorbent packaging, moisture barrier materials, and custom crating for international freight. Machines are protected for sea or air transport to any destination.
Quality at Every Stage
Incoming Quality Control
All mechanical components, electronic modules, and consumables are inspected against supplier specifications before entering production. Non-conforming parts are returned or reworked before they reach the assembly line.
In-Process Inspection
Each assembly station performs documented checks on mechanical alignment, electrical connections, and software loading. Issues are flagged immediately and corrected before the machine advances to the next stage.
Final Acceptance Testing
Every completed machine undergoes 24-hour continuous running tests with actual PCBA boards. Cutting accuracy, edge quality, and software stability are verified against documented acceptance criteria. No machine ships without passing.
