This machine mainly uses a high-speed rotating milling cutter to separate multi-panel PCBA according to pre-programmed paths, which effectively reduces the stress generated during depaneling and ensures smooth, burr-free cut surfaces.
High-pixel color CCD camera for Mark recognition and positioning, enabling real-time monitoring and correction of the cutting path. Marks can be positioned up to 4 times, reducing the probability of downtime due to failed Mark detection. Programs on the left and right tables can be copied to each other.
High-power, high-speed spindle ensures smooth, burr-free cutting surfaces on PCBA and is capable of cutting fiberglass boards. (Aluminum substrates can be cut by replacing the dedicated spindle.)
Before depaneling, a visual inspection of the blade diameter is performed to verify that the milling cutter edge matches the value set in the software, thus preventing damage to the PCBA.
The dust removal port adopts a blade-type design, which provides higher airspeed and stronger suction in the dust box under the same power. (Can be upgraded to follow-up dust removal at the bottom of the fixture.)
The machine's motion system is equipped with a dust-proof module to prevent dust from accumulating on the guide rails and ball screws during long-term operation, thereby avoiding hidden dangers such as reduced accuracy and component damage.
3HP pulse-type dust collection box with automatic dust cleaning, requiring no manual operation, and delivers better dust removal effect. (5HP dust collection box is available as an option.)
The system can self-diagnose faults during equipment operation, and the fault sources are displayed on the control panel, facilitating troubleshooting and timely resumption of production.
The total cutting life of the milling cutter can be set according to the cutting edge length (tooth length) of the milling cutter and the thickness of the PCBA. The system automatically generates an optimal segmented cyclic cutting path to maximize the service value of the milling cutter and can record the actual service life of the milling cutter.
1. Safety light curtains are installed at the PCBA inlet and outlet. The bottom station will not move while the operator is loading or unloading products.
2. The front observation door is equipped with an inductive switch. The equipment will stop automatically when the door is opened.
